Edit Member Profile Page – Replace Profile Fields w/ Formidable Forms

Hi Radu, Abe, or Gabriel –

Header issue not fully solved, yet one more critical piece of information I need help with – please today!  My deadline is have website finished before end of week.

I realized – User – Profile Fields….I  have looked everywhere to find a plugin to add Locations for Search purposes (city, state, country).  The only one I found is Formidable Forms.

How can I access the actual page for Edit Profile so I can insert Formidable Form?

I tried making the link with the information from the button you created for me, but no success –
