Edit Membership Levels

Hello,

How can I edit the wording in the membership levels menu? Would this be in localization? Also, how can I add another feature in all of the levels?

I just found the edit option in localization within Sweetdate=), if adding a feature is too difficult I will just edit them a bit. What would be the best way to add a feature within the menu? Somewhere in php?
