edit # of posts that show before pagination.

where can I edit the # of posts that show up before pagination in a category? for example, https://solutions.borderstates.com/…/cate…/kansas-locations/ shows 10 results, I’d like it to show 20 results.

I’m assuming it’s found in functions.php
