Edit the eMail address for the floating envelope icon on theme

On the homepage of the theme, there is an eMail icon that floats w/ the user as he scrolls down.
I can not find in the template or in the settings on the menu bar of the theme where this eMail address should be added. Do I need to edit a .php page?
