Elementor video url auto adds into post excerpt

Hi there,

I’ve noticed that on my excerpts for posts the YouTube URL shows before the excerpt text begins. If you check http://goingfarther.org/ you’ll see what I mean partway down the page. The first post ‘Mirror Mirror’ I’ve added text “test” to the excerpt section under the edit post. I think this only happens when I’m using Elementor. When I use the embed url in a regular wp text editor I don’t see this issue, but the WP embed stretches the video height so i’d rather use the Elementor editor.

I see, can you check if the issue happens also when you run devault wp theme ? twenty seventeen ? WE need to check this to can find if there it’s a issue from our theme or directly from the elementor.

Anyway, did you had tried to add that snippet into your child theme functions.php ?
