Elements not aligned since speed module activated

Hi, I clicked to combine all CSS in the speed module and somehow the design has broken.

Before the yellow boxes where aligned with the images, not anymore. It happens with both pages and I haven’t edited the code.

I’m using a child theme, so that I can add custom CSS if you let me know which one. I have tried many options, but none work.
