Email sent to user if the user hasn’t been online for some time, or/and if the user hasn’t got a profile picture yet. (Feature request)

I would be cool if there were a feature where the theme could automatically send an email to an user who hasn’t been online for a long time, and/or if the user hasn’t got a profile picture yet.

And if you could set it so it would check once a week or something like that! 🙂
