When a user registers, they are not receiving the confirmation email to confirm their account so that they can log in and select a membership option.
How do I check this? I’m not seeing this in the theme.

I’ve added the SMTP plugin and added the correct SMTP info to use as a relay but the test emails are refusing connection right away. Doesn’t matter what SMTP server I put it as I’ve tried a couple, doesn’t want to make a connection.
Is there something I need to look at with your theme that needs to be set up for this to go through?
Hello, the theme does not manage emails or how emails are sent, so it might be the server. Have you tried contacting the hosting provider?
