This does seem to work for the twitter embed but not for an Instagram embed: http://www.savortechnology.com/wordpress/2015/09/30/test-instagram/

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionSeptember 30, 2015 at 21:01 #80167stParticipantHi @Radu
I am not able to provide FTP access but this problem is easy to replicate. Just install the latest versions of WordPress and SweetDate. No additional code is needed. Follow standard WordPress instructions to embed:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds
It works in WordPress default theme “Twenty Fifteen.” It doesn’t work in SweetDate.
Please let me know if further clarification is needed.

stOctober 1, 2015 at 17:03 #80278RaduModeratorHi,
We have patched this issue, you need to replace functions.php from wp-content/themes/sweetdate/functions.php with the attached functions file, just unzip the file and upload it to wp-content/themes/sweetdate/
You will also need to clear oembed caches.
Install the WP-Sweep plugin, Go to “Tools > Sweep” and click Sweep on the “oEmbed Caches In Post Meta” option.
That’s all
Let me know if it worked

October 1, 2015 at 18:51 #80305RaduModeratorYes, but then i removed a css rule that was added yesterday in theme options -> quick css which causes the problem with the youtube video embed.
It’s ok now.
