Enable members online status – Won’t Turn Off

Hi,

Enable members online status feature has never worked for me. I tried different Ajax refresh interval times also, and no amount of refresh time including 0 has worked to turn this off.

Is there another way to turn this feature off?

Hello, i just checked your members and none have any online status. I’m not sure what do you mean by that, can you share a screenshot?

When you are on people’s profiles on both staging and live it always shows last active, and the setting has always been set to off in Customize section.
