Enhance Registration Management

Allow for better collection, control and display of registration fields.

Collection: Drag and drop creation of registration form for create a new user.
Control: Allow registration fields to be displayed in member directory with sort and filter options on key fields e.g., country, city, state, age, profession, length of time as a community member
Display: Shortcode options to display member lists based on filters.
