Error 429 Too many requests

Hi, Hope you are great.

I have two big problem and your documentation doesn’t seems to work.

I am not able to add myself as a new user   it gives me this error”

Error 429 Too many requests

 

also I was not able to find the user data for the members to add them as sample.

I am not able to see how the membership works and gets integrated with the registration form.

Your theme doesn’t seems to be straight forward as far as these matters and I might buy another theme and ask for refund if I’m unable to solve the issue. the support is very slow and I’m unable to ask and get answer in timely manner, My project is far overdue.
