I cannot get into the frontend or backend of my website, I’m getting a 502 Error – Bad Gateway (see attached image).
I cleared my cache and it worked fine again, but I had complaints from clients experiencing the same issue. Is there anything I can do on my end to ensure my clients won’t get the Bad Gateway error? (I know this obviously can be resolved with my clients clearing their cache, but it’s impossible for me to get in touch with all of my clients and ask them to clear their browsing cache. Some of them honestly won’t even understand what it means, and most will simply move on from the site & not come back due to the 502 error).
