Error after updating to 4.04

Hi,

yesterday I updated the theme and the plugins to the new version of Kleo 4.04.

When today I tried to change the home page in the wp-admin panel i got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function kleo_get_online_status() in /home/athletif/staging/2/wp-content/plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/buddypress/kleo_bp_members_carousel.php on line 61

Could you please help me to solve this error?

I temporary fixed it just removing “kleo_get_online_status(bp_get_member_user_id());” but I would like to know if ther is an specific solution for it.

Hi there, you updated KLEO and also K-elements plugin? Share some ftp credentials if you still have the issue.

That function should be located in /wp-content/themes/kleo/buddypress/buddypress-functions.php

Hi, I have the latest version of Kleo 4.04 and also latest version of K-elements (I think), just checked.

I’m using a staging environment so I created an FTP user with access directly to it:
FTP Username: kleosupport@athletifire.com
FTP Server: http://ftp.athletifire.com
FTP & explicit FTPS port: 21

pwd: kle0support!

I also noticed that the Kleo Register Shortcode is not working properly on my website, it doesn’t give errors but it is not showing the registration fields on the page. I think it is related to the same problem.

Can you give me access to the admin area too? I want to re-upload KLEO theme. The FTP access is to the staging2 subdomain?
