Error creating a Accordion and Tabs with Visual Composer

Hi, i have some problems when i want to create a Tabs and Accordion, i create everything on VC, but when i publish show me a error on line 13, anybody can help me please?

Do you have k-elements active?

Respond privately with info from Theme Options > Sys Info
