Error Import the profile fields

Hello, I will really appreciate if you can help me, 

I did the installation buy its not working right, in the Sweetdate section on Buddypress, Iam trying to Import the profile fields and says that buddypress is not installed and active, but it is, what can I do?

People has try to sign in and havent let them.  I believe that nobody can registrate by now :/

Everything should work correctly with just the Tutorial?

If i purchase the installation process, what do you mean with assistant? will you be on the phone while i do it?

Hola thank you, i guess so, what am i specting? I have to have users? or the options for them to sign in?

1.- Because the first picture is from another persona that ask something, and show`s those pictures (users) i don’t have them i guess. (Anyways, is just that right “the users”)

2.-Another question:
I want to remueve or customize the flash information at the button of the page.(2 picture) where can i go?

3.- I will like to have a sidebar at pages except for Home page, how can i do it? i think i did put a sidebar (right side) but its not active, only a at the button.

1- This is a testimonial, you can add them from your wordpress admin dashboard at Testimonials section
2- I see the search form here, which flash information do you mean?
3- For which pages? At Sweetdate you can set the layout of buddypress pages and the rest of the pages, homepage by default is full width. You can also edit the template of a page at Pages – Edit and at the sidebarl where the UPDATE button is
