Error In our Forum category

We have a  Forum Segment on our site (http://smartwomanworld.com) which was working fine until last week. Now we get the following error. Can you help us in finding the resolution for the same.

Were there any updates which could have impacted our settings

Please have a look and let us know your resolution and our developers will do the needful. please do not change anything at the back end as it might conflict with other developments.

Also, let us know how can we shut off any auto updates which happen without our knowledge.
Your early help and resolution are highly appreciated.

Hello, you didnt have the groups page activated at Settings > Buddypress > Pages
Now its fixed 🙂
