Error loading pages

When i install demo content. I click to go to profile or see members and the page doesn´t loads.. it appears

The server can not find the requested page

Hello, please check your permalinks at Settings > Permalinks, make sure they are in post name 🙂

Sorry, but where can i find those “Settings”? I´ve didnt found that option on my wordpress admin.
