Error Log

Hi,
This error is filling up my log file, it’s 7mb now, with almost only this error:

[23-Jul-2013 18:43:26] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/norskmdl/public_html/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/404.php on line 17

My site is also extremely slow, is there anything you can do to help me?
