I have installed sweetdate and get the following error
Please configure your form fields under Sweetdate – buddypress

I have reviewed the forums and unsure how to fix the problem

for the fields the only option is name

 

Can you please fix the error

Hi, first thing to do is to add user profile fields in WP admin – USers – Profile fields. Afterwards on that page they will appear so you can select them

Hi, if you added or imported the fields then go again in the theme options and the fields will appear there to choose what to show in the form
