Error when Adding Group

Hello,

We are having issues when adding groups.  These are the steps we follow:

• Go to Groups>Add New>
• Add Group Name>Add Group Descriptoin
• Create Group and Continue>Step 2 shows “Back to previous Step” or “Next Step”
• I click next step>it shows “Are you sure you want to do this”

The group is actually created though and I can update it by going back to groups….Just would like to be able to use the group creator the way it’s supposed to be used.
