Error with purchases

Hi there

I am not sure who to talk to with my support request, but for some reason all my clients have been having the same error when they make a purchase, even though the purchase seems to be going through.

Can you please help…. or recommend where I can get support…. the error is : Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65552 bytes) in /home/lightsci/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 571

You need to ask your hosting to increase your php memory limit to 128MB.
