Hi there,
I set in theme options a socket content with visible option. I have designed a first page as home, where I can see the socket. When I design new pages, with same settings, it is not showing the socket in front end.
Thanks!August 26, 2017 at 17:14 #171802Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us today, I attempted to login to your site with the details you provided but was unable to do so.
I reviewed the frontend of your website and found the socket area is displaying as expected (see attached image), if you’re experiencing issues on specific pages etc please let me know where so I can look into this further for you.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately it doesn’t solve my question. The page you checked is the home which is ok with the right socket. But the new pages no one of them includes the socket, even I click on in the theme settings.
Please check for instance:

I have logged into your site and it does appear there is an issue with showing the socket area. Could you please try the following
– Disable all plugins except for K Elements, does the issue stop? If so please enable one by one by until you find the plugin causing the issue. Please clear your website’s cache (if any) and browser cache (Ctrl+F5) after disabling the plugins, and after each re-enable.
– Check your PHP version with your host, try and set your site to PHP 7.X
– If neither of the above resolve the issue please save your PHP error log for the last 24 hours only and upload here so I can view it.Thanks,
Kieran.

Here the steps I followed to solve the issue:
1) I deactivate all plugins
2) The issue was solved when deactivated Kleo monetizer
3) I delete code included in Kleo monetizer field for banner. Appareantly this code was wrong. After this, I wonder if there is a guide for the use of Kleo monetizer?
August 30, 2017 at 00:52 #172080Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
The plugin, like the functions.php file and WordPress in general only accepts valid code. If there is an error it will either cause a background error for minor errors or a WSoD (White Screen of Death) for major errors.
Please paste your code here so I can take a look for you.
Thanks,
Kieran.
