Errors post KLEO installation

I am getting these errors after installing KLEO, it says Active:Kleo Child in my themes, is that why, should it be Active:Kleo, did I install this incorrectly?

Looks like they are all rtMedia errors. Disable rtMedia and see if they persist. If so, contact them.

Also, you should be running Kleo child. http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

thanks, that solved the error issue, but why would RTMedia not be compatible with this?
