ESL tab page setup

Hi thank you for getting back to me so quickly early. I have one more question I am trying to setup tabs like this tabs link. For the site I need it to be on one half the page and have relatively the same setup that esl does. The tabs would be where it says Info | Bracket | Teams | Rules | what would be the best way of going about this. For the one side of the page I know you use vc and split the row in half.

Also how to I do like a register. Not like a Sign up but like if you want to register to join an Event just like your Name.

You’ll need to find an event plugin.
