essential grid filter shortcode

Hi There,

 

I’m trying to use the shortcode for Essential Grid filters, but no matter where I place it, nothing happens. The main function of Essential Grid works great, but displaying the filters via shortcode doesn’t work at all. The filter shortcode is supposed to allow the user to display them on any page or in a widget area.

Here is the page where I am trying to use the shortcode via a toggle at the top. The toggle works and it seems to expand large enough to make room for all the categories but nothing is displayed.

This is the Essential Grid documentation that talks about the category filter functionality and the shortcode about 1/3 down the page. It works when placed in “zone 1,” but not when using the shortcode.

I tried looking through all the Kleo and Themepunch forums for anyone else having this issue and couldn’t find anything.

Hello, it was just a css issue, add this to style.css of child theme

    visibility: visible !important;
}
