Essential Grids Instagram Feature Returns Error; Essential Grids Version Outdated

Hello. I’ve been using the essential grid plugin’s instagram feature on my homepage for several months now, and it suddenly broke today or yesterday. Where it used to show my instagram feed, it now says “Instagram reports: Please check the username”. I have not made any changes on the site. I googled the error message and I see that other users with other themes are also having the same problem (example thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/essential-grid-instagram-feed/14421/4). I also noticed on my essential grid configuration page there is a banner at the top of the page advertising that a new version is available. Of course, I can’t upgrade to the new version directly as it is provided through the Kleo theme and there are no updates available for the theme at this time. Can you please offer an update or advise on any other method for resolving this issue?  The page in question is https://bellsupwinery.com/ but I may have to replace the essential grid on that page with an alternate (inferior) solution until this is resolved.

Just updating this ticket to let you know that I’ve added an alternate plugin with an instagram feed to the page in question (https://bellsupwinery.com/), but I’ve also left the essential grid plugin running just below the new feed so that you can still see the error I’m getting from it (“Instagram reports: Please check the username”).

Hi,

We will update the version this in 1-2 hours, so you will need to check in wp-admin -> apeparance -> install plugins in 3-4 hours , there should appear new version available for essential grid.

Hi,

Actually we have the latest version on our update servers… looking on the media grid website and we download same version … no update, i taught it’s a new update from yesterday or those days.

Sorry for that.

IF the issue still happens even you change to twenty sixteen it means that has nothing to do with our theme

It seems that we have received an email with update of the plugin, please check in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins for update
