On the frontend of my website, the Eventon plugin provides a form for users to submit events.

Several options on the form are a small toggle button  i.e. NO/YES

In the BuddyApp theme, it is not possible to select this toggle. They are totally non responsive and as a result I cannot complete certain options to create an event.

See screenshot: red circled items do not work with BuddyApp

Note: these items work perfectly with TwentySeventeen theme, so it is definitely a theme compatibility issue

    Please advise fix.

    Hi,

I will be happy to look into this for you but I will need login credentials and a URL where I can find the error in question. Currently your site is in maintenance mode and I am unable to assist.

    Thanks,

    Kieran

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me, there appears to be nothing obvious on the front end about a conflict despite the toggles not working. Could you contact SiteGround for me and ask them for your PHP error logs for the last 24hrs, if this is a lot of content please save in a .txt file and upload directly to this ticket

    Thanks

    Kieran
