The client and their designer cannot edit, update, or create new events using the EventOn Software. Whenever we try to create a new event, edit an existing event, or duplicate an event, it will popup in a blank screen (on Staging) or throw an error screen (production).
I went into WPEngine and looked at the system error logs and noticed that the Woocommerce related error IDs. The cart, and different variants were throwing serious errors. Being that this is all associated with the WooCommerce files sold with the theme, we need to get to the bottom of this so our clients can continue selling tickets and creating events for their workshops ASAP.
Included here are screenshots of the problem, a gif of the issue, and both the WordPress system report, and WPEngine error log. Hopefully this will help you assist us in what is the issue?
We have a SeventhQueen admin user ready to go whenever if you need to log in and take a look.
