Excessive Queries boot out

With virtually no users and only testing site it’s no uncommon to exceed 75000 queries limit on webhost. To me this seems nuts. Any suggestions.

Try to set 0 there in wp-admin -> theme options -> buddypress -> AJAX refresh interval*
