I’m not sure where this space is coming from or how to remove it, but when I mouse over it, there is a + sign, and when I click on it, it comes back to the same page.

November 10, 2016 at 12:56 #143725lash411ParticipantI’ve seen that ad spam but don’t know which plugin is doing that, that didn’t start happening until I applied some of the recommended methods to speed up the website, I’ll look into those plugins….however, you should be able to try again and get through, it only happens once, refresh or try again and you should get through.

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
