extreme mysterious theme?!?!?!?

Hi together,

1) When i am logged in, i can see the Contact site (Google Map with my coordinates). If i am logged out, i cant see it.

2) The transparent layout (See Pic), the same thing, i am logged in, when i scroll down, i cen see the layout with my logo and links. When i am logged out, the layout i removed!

Please HELP ? I have reinstall whole WordPress and sweet date theme, i have updatet WordPress to 4.2.1 version.

Update:

The same Copy of wordpress and sweetdate theme, i have created a full backup with database and files. So i restore it on XAMPP on my Computer. All was restored sucessfull and it works perfect. On my Computer (Offline) it works all fine, its all perfect. but online it not works?!?!?! I hae not idea !
