Extremely slow site – Urgent

Hi,

My site is so slow – to the point people are not going to use it – really poor performance.

I am on a VPS – 2 Cores – 1GB Memory – 50GB Disk space – 70 GB Bandwidth.
the server is in sydney with Site5 – i have another site with them using a different theme with no issues – I also have W3 Total Cache and am considering Cloudflair.

i have installed P3 profiler and posted the results below – it is telling me Buddypress Media is the issue.
can you please provide a fast fix or alternative to buddypress – also please note i can’t find this plugin .

and yes i know i have a lot of plugins but i need all of them.
please help with this issue as its URGENT.

The “buddypress-media” plugin is rtMedia, the media upload manager/gallery for buddypress activity streams.
You should deactivate it and see if this is the only issue producing the heavy load on your site, if you still want to use this plugin then I advise you to contact their support team ( https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/ ).

To be sure that this performance issue is not created by our site you can switch to another theme and see if there are major differences between the loading times.
