Facebook login and site user registration fields

Good afternoon,

I would like to know if there is way to force the site user registration that after facebook login for non registered users. I mean is there a way to force non registered users to fill out the fields of the registration form if they decided to use the facebook login?

To have their info for those fields is really important, but it is also important for us to give them the chance to do the facebook login.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated guys.
