Facebook Login in Mobile

May i ask when i used the facebook login in mobile view it doesn’t proceed logging-in?

 

I used chrome for mobile.

Do you have tried to empty your phone browser cache ?

Do you have tried to test from incognito window ?

Yes tried clear cache and incognito already.

I see, I’ve tried and i cannot get logged in via mobile, i see it generates a url like this : https://www.chichigirlscloset.com/?code=213456789765432134567

This can be generated by one of the used plugins, try to de-activate all plugins except woo commerce, empty all caches and try again.

Also make sure to have latest theme and latest wp installed.

Tried deactivating all the plugins except for Woocommerce but it still doesn’t work.

I see, please update the theme to the latest version, and test again.

After theme update check for theme plugins updates from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins

It still doesn’t work even updating the theme and all the other plugins.

Hi,

Just I’ve tested on our demo the facebook login from a phone thru chrome and it works but on your site doesn’t work…

I’ve tried to de-activate wp limit login plugin I think this can cause that problem.
If you are not able to de-activate the plugin please provide FTP to can check in a private reply
