Hi,
When I go to my sites registration page and you click the Login with Facebook button, it works fine. But when you click “Login” from the menu and the login pop-up appears, clicking on the Login with Facebook button…nothing happens. It links to mysite.com/#
Why would the button work on the registration page but not the pop-up login screen? Any help would be great!

I’ve tried to reproduce what you have described but unsuccessful, i’ve logged in via facebook from login pop-up without any problems.
I’ve tried in chrome browser and it works.
If you know the steps to reproduce the issue, tell me

I’m having a similar problem at http://ix7.co.uk/club/.
Log in works on lap tops, but if you hit ‘log in via Facebook’ on mobiles, it refreshes the page and nothing happens.
Can you please advise?
P.s love the theme thanks.
April 16, 2016 at 21:57 #117057LisaParticipantHi There,
I’ve made some changes and it works – it’s just that the ‘log in’ box / prompt doesn’t close on mobiles, so users think nothing happened. They need to close the box to proceed.
Are you able to fix this? I.e. so that the Facebook log in page / prompt closes when they’ve log in?
Thanks,
Lisa

Maybe your issue is caused by this error message
App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
This is shown when i clicked on the login via facebook from computer, follow this link please http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30085246/app-not-setup-this-app-is-still-in-development-mode
