Hi There. I am running Kleo child theme. I have activated facebook login and it works like a charm. However, for everyone else that I set up a user for or they create their own account, when they go to login it says their password is invalid. This is happening to every person that I set up a user for or they create their own account without facebook.
Sometimes, it just gets hung up on the http://www.thepsychicsociety.net/wp-admin page and goes blank.
I have a user set up for you to look at the site but you won’t be able to use it because it will just say your password is invalid but I will include it on the chance you can access it. What screen shots can I include? I am not using any fancy plugins for redirect or anything.
December 2, 2014 at 03:09 #37263sharmstrModeratorMy guess is that it has something to do with the fact that your main site starts with www, but your login redirect doesn’t. You’re even throwing cross domain errors. Check your setup and make sure that both your wordpress address and your site address either start with www or dont.

December 2, 2014 at 06:12 #37273ChristinaDivineParticipantThe cross domain errors is something unresolved I have been unable to fix. I have been working with my domain provider for several calls yet but they keep telling me to just wait a week to see if it sorts itself out with google index. That’s all greek to me. It means, they don’t really know, and don’t know what to tell me I guess.
When I go to wordpress management it has http://www.thepsychicsociety.net as the primary. Still, when I try to log on on a user that I created, it tells me the password itself is not correct even though I know it is and other people are complaining about the same issue.
Where can I access the login redirect settings in wordpress – is this a setting in buddy press? I’ve been looking diligently and haven’t been able to locate this. I have BP Redirect back to profile after success login but other than that I have no redirect plugins. Am I missing a setting in buddypress itself?
Thank you
December 2, 2014 at 06:17 #37275ChristinaDivineParticipantI had it originally set to thepsychicsociety.net in wordpress but I switched it to http://www.thepsychicsociety.net as the primary and it still gets wrong password error.
December 2, 2014 at 06:19 #37276sharmstrModeratorSo, lets see if its actually a kleo issue. Enable the wordpress 2014 theme and try to log in. If it still happens then its not anything kleo related.
To answer your question about login redirect, kleo has an option in Theme options – Miscellaneous
Also, not sure if this will matter, but do you have Profile Syncing turned on in Settings – Buddypress – Settings?
