Facebook Signup/Login Not Working

Hi,

Make sure to have theme updated to latest version.

The important thing it’s to have your domain into Valid OAuth Redirect URIs

http://developer.facebook.com/apps

Also you can try to create a new facebook app not using the old one.

Hi,
1. Theme updated to latest version
2. Valid OAuth Redirect URIs already set
3. I also created new app

But the signup function still didn’t work. When I hover to the FB icon(to signup), it display the link as follow, https://carijodohmalaysia.my/#.
Is it normal, it shown this sign # at the end of the url?

Hi,

The issue it seems to be from your page there its a JS error

So if you had any optimization plugin like caching one or cloudflare or an plugin that moves JS to footer or similar, if you have any kind of those plugins try to switch them off and test.

In general those kind of issues are caused by that.

Hi,
I don’t use such plugin on my site. If you check my plugin, it just a plugin from your team, and a few other such as login limit, payment gateway. I tried disable few plugin, it still didn’t work.
