Fatal error

Hi there, I am getting this fatal error when activating WMPL String translation. Please help me solve this issue. All Plugins and the Theme are up to date. These are the Infos and error message:

Please let me know if with KLEO theme activated and all plugins excluding WMPL String translation and WPML it’s the same issue?
If yes let me know exact versions for KLEO,WP,WMPL String translation and WPML.

Hi there, I’m not sure if I understand your question. Fact is, the issue is ONLY with the WPML String Translation. I have tested all the plugins.

All the plugins are up to date with the newest versions.

Hi,

While debugging (I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins at once then enable only the string translation plugin) it shows same error on the plugins page, can you please provide also the FTP login credentials?
Meanwhile please try to re-upload the plugin files or add the plugin archive here and I will do that for you

The FTP credentials, not works, let me know the correct one, meanwhile you can try to re-install the plugin

I re-uploaded and re-installed teh WPML string plugin, but same result:

Unable to figure out what causes that, anyway this isn’t related to our theme cuz the issue occurs even using default wp theme, I think it’s an internal plugin issue.

I’ve searched about this issue and many users encounter this issue

I must disagree with you on the issue, as I can tell it is definitely an issue with the theme. I tested several other themes and the issue only persists with your theme.
Please dig a little deeper and help me find out what is causing this issue. The links you provided unfortunatly do not offer the right solution.

Hi,

At this moment the plugins are activated inclusive the wp string translations, did you have solved the issue ?, anyway, the KLEO cannot interfere with the WPML string translation to not allowing you to enable a plugin.
For a fast solution, I recommend you to ask the same question on their forum support since they are more familiar with their product rather than us
