Fatal error: Call to undefined function kleo_vc_elem_increment()

Hello,

I am getting Fatal error on portfolio-carousel-images page: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function kleo_vc_elem_increment() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/vc_templates/vc_accordion.php on line 13”

It is caused by K-elements. When I turn it off the page loads perfectly

I have manually updated Kleo by ftp, and downloaded the K-elements update seperately.

What is going on?

The error indicates that it can’t find the kleo_vc_elem_increment function. That function has been around since before k-elements 1.6. Its located in k-elements/compat/plugin-js-composer/config.php on line 15. Sounds to me that either that file is missing or corrupted.

Can you verify that you are running

Kleo 2.1.1
K-elements 2.1.1
Visual Composer 4.3.4
