Fatal error (plugin activation)

Hi there,

I’ve updated the theme and now receiving this fatal error message:

without object from outside a class in /home/getmeink/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 3010

Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, first array member is not a valid class name or object in /home/getmeink/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 3010

The screenshot I’ve attached below is also what I’m getting on the home page front end.

On the back end of the page, some elements are missing (screen shot is attached)

Please help with this matter.

Update: the message on the home page front end has disappeared and the page structure elements are back after I manually deleted and re-uploaded the VC composer and K elements plugins. However, through the dashboard the message is still there:

Could you please advice how to correct it?
