Fatal Error when activating K-Elements

Hello,

I have a fresh WP install. I have added the following to the php.ihi file.

max_execution_time = 120

memory_limit = 512M

post_max_size = 64M

upload_max_filesize = 64M

 

However in the theme Welcome, is still shows php time limit of 30. Everything else is green.

 

Also, when I try to activate K-Elements I get the following error.

 

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/fightergirls/public_html/dev3/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 206

Hi,

This is odd… try to install and activate the plugin with the rest of the plugins de-activated and then install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/ and use it to investigate this issue.

Personally, I don’t think it’s theme related

Ask to host to provide you a list of top high usage services from your site in a log file.
