I reported this months ago, but apparently it was never seen. My mistake for appending it to an existing thread.
The online documentation https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#login-redirection AJAX Login and Redirection is missing all of its examples. (More are… I’m just point that out specifically.)

all seem to be missing information.
Is there a better copy of the documentation online? Seems like some effort was put into that file, but after a while someone just gave up.

ALSO: Was the exact opposite of intuitive to figure out how to submit a ticket. I had to hunt for for too long… bad UX. Not the first time either. You’d think there might be an option right in the sub-forums or even the forum itself, but the plus sign (most users would see that as “add to the discussion”) is meant to follow it, not add to it. You have to initiate a ticket before you even get to the forum (which certainly doesn’t encourage people to search for answers first). Nor can you start a ticket from your account page… you can view existing ones, but you can’t start one.
I’m making this note on SUBMIT TICKET now, so 3 months from now, when I’m getting frustrated that I know it is a non-obvious solution to submit a new ticket but can’t remember the specifics, I can search for this and know I need to get out of the forums to submit to it. Have to scroll to the very bottom of the page (again, not intuitive) of https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo to get to https://archived.seventhqueen.com/add-ticket
Great theme and support, by the way. Just complaining about a process that is more difficult than it should be.

Will talk with the Design dept to see what we can do to. Basically we created the theme pages where you have access to KB and to search in existing tickets.
