FB Id and capitalised letter issues

Good morning!

We are here by to state 2 issues regarding facebook profile picture and capitalised letter as following:

1. Facebook profile picture: When our users signs up via FB we snatch their profile picture for our user profile picture – but if the user’s FB profile picture is not in 1:1 i.e. squared ratio, our design gets disrupted. (Our design is Circled with the border but when picture is not 1:1 it becomes kind of stretched in parabolic shape.)
2. Capitalised first name and last name: When some user’s sings up their first and their last name shows all in capitalised letters even after in the sing up form and even in the dashboard we have not set up in that way.

Please let us know the possible solutions of above issues. We are looking forward to response.

Hi,

1.We get the image in the format that it’s. so we don’t change the ratio. The issue may comes from other things.

2. It may comes from css having text-transform:uppercase instead of inherit or capitalized or lowercase.

IF you had done custom changes in child theme maybe because of that.

Ask you developer to change 2.
