Feature image, how to stop from displaying in post

Is there anyway of stopping a pic that been set as feature for masonry to not show on the actual post page?

Theme Options > blog > display media on post page: off

Or at the page level, edit the post, scroll down to theme general settings, click on media and set ‘show media on post page’ to no.
