Hello, I set a Featured Image on the page, but it does not show when I post to facebook. Can you help?

This is the page I am trying to get it to work for: https://embassymarine.org/join-us/, and I attached the image I want to show for the Featured Image.

I used my Yoast SEO to make it show, but can it work with out SEO?

For the moment no quick solution regarding to this, you can search for a plugin that allows you to add custom OG tags
