Featured Image on Blog Page not showing

Hello
I am using default wordpress Add Media function while creating blog post but the featured image does not appear on the blog page http://carmeet.ca/blog/

How do I get the featured image to show on the blog page like the demo? Similarly, the featured image does not show on the related articles section.

(Posts – Add New – Add Media – Create Gallery – Select Images and Insert into post.
– Format = Gallery
– Post Layout = Right Sidebar
– Featured Image = Select one of the images

You need to change the format to image, not gallery.

If want a gallery of images, use the General Theme Options
