Featured Items Display Wrong on Mobile

Hi,

I would like to ask help about this issue:

I have set Featured items to be centered in the screen and it works just fine on computers screens. BUT on mobiles, Featured items icons align to the right side. Could you guys help me to align them center also on mobiles? Please see the attached .
