Filter Kleo activity stream module to show friends only

Hello,

My activity stream page currently shows friends only updates but when i add the kleo activity module on another page, it shows all updates including non-friends.

How do i filter the kleo activity to show friends only updates too?

Did you set Display to Friends in the shortcode settings?

Hi Shamstr,

When i set the kleo activity stream module to friends, it only shows statuses like “User A and B are now friends”. It doesn’t show all activities for that friend e.g User joined a group, updated a post e.t.c.
I got a code to filter my activity stream to show all updates for friends only but i want to apply the same to the kleo module.

You’ll have it edit the shortcode /plugins/k-elements/shortcodes/templates/buddypress/kleo_bp_activity_stream.php and add your parameters to it.

I started using this on one of my sites yesterday to show friends activity (actually, I’m using it to show people I follow, but that’s beside the point). Anyhow, it works great: http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-activity-shortcode/
