Filter Widget Criteria Based on XProfile Field

How could I filter the “Recently Active Members” widget so that is pulls from a field of xprofile and returns only members that meet that criteria? Or maybe a plugin that does this?

Example: “User A” has filled out a xprofile field named “City” in which he/she selects “Orlando, FL”. When “User A” is logged in, they only see other members from “Orlando, FL” in the Recently Active widget area.

I would also like the filter to show only Females if the user logged in is Male, and vice versa.

Hi, Unfortunately that widget comes from Buddypress and can’t be modified easily. You can try their forums for some answers
